hi :D welcome to my commission info !!by commissioning me you are also agreeing to these terms so please carefully read through the sections below
commissioner must also be 18+, I don't want minors commissioning me, sorry !!
commissions are taken through kofi and / or dms / discordunfortunately it won’t let me put any pictures in the carrd (size is too big) so if you want to see art examples, please check out my kofi gallery for them [:
will / won’t draw
WILL DRAW: furries / anthro, humanoids, ocs, ship art (oc x oc, oc x cannon, cannon x cannon, etc), gift art, queer / pride art, feel free to ask more questions abt anything if you’re unsure / something isn’t listed here !!WON’T DRAW: mecha / robots / armoured characters, NSFW / fetish art, hazbin / helluva / vivziepop / TADC related characters / ocs, any form of hate art / stuff like that, realism / realistic animals / humans, detailed backgrounds

-trace / steal / claim my artwork as your own
-put my art through AI / anywhere near that rubbish, its an instant block / blacklist
-remove / crop / edit out my watermarks in anyway
-use / repost my art anywhere without credit——————MORE TOS
TURN AROUND TIME
my turn around time will be between up to 2 weeks to 1 month due to my job and ongoing joint pain issues, which end up getting worse due to the work I do so it gives me enough time to work through the comm with breaks

-i might possibly turn your comm down if i feel the character is too complex, apologies in advance but your character deserves to be done right n maybe i’m not the artist for that <3
-edits / revisions can only be done whilst sketching, once it is finalised / got the go ahead, no more changes can be made, up to 4 revisions are allowed however any more is an extra fee
-my artwork is for personal use only, not commercial, if you use it as your pfp on anything please credit me !!
-I have the right to refuse / stop any commission for any reason / if I feel uncomfortable with you
-I have the right to revoke usage of my artwork at any time for any reason (e.g, you are feeding it to AI, i’m made aware you’re problematic, etc)
-when commissioning me, I require ref sheets / images of your character/s, I don’t take written descriptions, has to be images, apologies !! [ NO AI / STOLEN REFERENCE IMAGES ]
-I don’t do custom characters / adopts
-if you want a base edit I can do those for you if it is something you’d want !! these will be cheaper, please send me the base whilst also telling or linking me the original base artist [ F2U bases only ]
PAYMENT
-the comms will be in GBP (£), please convert it to that !!
-I require half up front, half after the commission is finished, if its comm’d outside of kofi
-I don’t do payment plans
-payment is done through kofi / paypal
-No refunds unless I haven’t started the work or I am unable to complete the commission for any particular reasonby commissioning me you are ensuring me you are in the financial position to do so, if I’m halfway through a drawing and you tell me you “need it back” for whatever reason, unless its really extreme / specific circumstances (or for any of the reasons listed above), I will not send you it back since its a common scam tactic and may result in you being blocked / blacklisted, so please only commission me if you are financially able to do so
